The concept

Your own gateway experience:
bring your destination to life at Bastakiya!

Showcase your destination in style with a series of 3 x 2.5-hour gateway experiences throughout the day. Join Abu Dhabi Convention & Events Bureau and 9 destination partners in a unique collaboration and promote Abu Dhabi in an unprecedented fashion! Small and intimate groups of 10 buyers per session will experience your gateway: you will get to meet all 30 buyers through your gateway experiences. Each session will also include a minimum of 6 x 1on1 meetings.

‍Abu Dhabi Convention & Events Bureau has partnered with the unique host venue Bastakiya, Al Fahidi District, to unfold a bespoke experience together with 9 joint partners.

18 1 on 1 Meetings

At the end of each bespoke Gateway session, spend more time with buyers individually with a minimum of 18 prescheduled 1on1 meetings throughout the event: explore business prospects and dig deeper into the conversation.
